SKETCHES
There will be several sketches in the pilot all beginning harmlessly and unraveling as the comedic frenzy affects the colorful characters.
Below is just a sampling of the sketches that will be featured!
"Zombies” begins innocently with a husband searching for the device to watch a special program. Unfortunately, his wife has commandeered the device to view a silly movie about zombies taking over the world. Let the hilarious argument begin!
“The Password” - A rogue computer not only refuses to reset a Millennial’s password; he begins hitting on her for a date!
“The Unsinkable Molly Butts” portrays a chubby Millennial who is jealous of her attractive sister and begins mauling her boyfriend as soon as her sibling leaves the room, almost suffocating him, and then lies about it. Twice.
“Psycho Granny” is a colorful and feisty 82-year-old woman living in a rest home, who enjoys taking risks and living life to the fullest!
“The Musing Husband” frustrates his wife to no end by hiding his private thoughts from her!
There will be a “Family Tribute,” at the end of the pilot, with a special challenge to dads.
Final credits and theme song: “Ain’t We Got FUN!” a 1940’s version, performed by the Andrews Sisters

Pat Hurley summarizes,
“Coming off a devastating pandemic that separated millions of family members, we want to reunite them and make them smile again! This will be accomplished with humor that is not politically divisive, crude, or mean-spirited.
"Our cast, comedy writers, musicians, and guest stars will be hired not just on their talent, but on their character and integrity. We will have a zero-tolerance policy regarding drugs, alcohol, sexual harassment, disrespect towards others and destructive narcissism.”
Keep your eye on this website for the latest on the Pilot as we move forward to its production! In the meantime, video samples will be posted on YouTube.

One of the script's most attractive qualities is its sense of comedy. The script has a great madcap sense of humor and unpredictability.
An edgy family-themed ensemble comedy show.
The writer formats this script according to standard industry conventions. There are no glaring formatting or spelling errors that would detract from the reading experience. This script makes for a good pitch. The dialog in this script is somewhat nuanced. The dialogue is funny. It is intentionally theatrical and easy to read. There is a logical flow from scene to scene. It does not require re-reading for clarify's sake
